This macbook is wiped clean. The ssd does not contain an operating system. You will have to install your own after purchasing. The photo is a stock photo representing the laptop you will be receiving. The laptop you get may have slightly less or slightly more wear than whats shown. The batteries on the laptops are the used original and there is no guarantee they hold a charge. We have tested about 10 and they all have held charges so far but some may not. The power adapter "L-TIP" charger is NOT INCLUDED.
