This book is actually in great condition for its age. The pages are all clean and tight. No writing. The binding is tight beautiful illustrations! There is some edge wear to the cover. and the title page has some whiteness to it which I’m not sure what that is but there are no odors or water damage. Please look closely at pictures. This is a great Christmas collectible.
