Trust Obey EXIT WOUND cassette as issued. All Original. Black thick front card has small square of art glued to each side. J card has art and song titles. Tape is unmarked. This copy is being sold with an ORIGINAL John Bergin art book. Book is 3.5 inches by 5.5 inches and is stapled on the end. Titled on the front in hard to see pencil writing, it is called "Penis Object 1-16". Images in black ink printed on paper. Last page says JB 91 C and inside of back cover has been numbered 64 of 150, but i have found no other information about this book anywhere, and these numbers could hold a totally different meaning, maybe not the edition size etc.

Front cover has light wear near stapled edge, and a small area of creasing. This booklet was kept in a plastic sandwich bag along with the exit wound cassette for at least the last 24 years. We kept it exactly how it was when we purchased it in the year 2000. It came with a batch of Trust Obey items that were all bought at once when we had a brick and mortar record store. Has been stored safely and in a smoke free home since.
