If your vehicle is on the list but not supported, you can try to update it. Steps as below:

1. Go to the official website of LAUNCH (en dot can launch dot com), click "Online Products"- "CR-HD" (on the fourth page)- "Update Tools" , then download the application to the computer.
2. Decompress and install it on your computer (compatible with Windows XP, Windows 7), MAC is not available.
3. Connect the Creader HD to your computer via the USB cable until you see "OK" on the right side of the scanner.
4. Click "Start Upgrade", then you can see the SN directly（no need to type manually), upgrade can be completed in less than a minute.

Tips: It only can be updated on Windows XP/7 PC. If the device not be recognized during updating, please check if the driver is installed, you can find the driver in the device manager.
