Good VERY hard to find OEM F250 4x4 Front sway bar for 77 - 79 Ford Dana 60 Snow Fighter front axle.
My research shows this also fits Same range trucks with Dana 44 and 78/9 F150 Supercar which used a leaf sprung solid axle front end.
With the hard to find left and right mounting hardware. Rubber bushings may need to be replaced.
D7TZ-5482-A Stabilizer Bar .. Fits: '77/79 F250 4X4; '78/79 F150 Super Cab 4X4; and '79 F350 4X4.
Sandblasted and epoxy primed.
