antique Edwardian ecury/ivory silk and lace skirt with train back

Silk is supple & has a beautiful soft hand

closes at center back with 9 hooks and eyes all sturdy and intact

darts all around waist band

pictures on the dress form with a petticoat underneath, skirt is see-through at the lace

flaws:

see photos with measuring tape

wear around waistline

spot at center front

scattered spots at left hip & pin hole

spots and stress wear near hem

breaks in lace (very minimal)

waistband not original (i think)

in vintage as is wearable condition, also displays beautifully

measurements

24 1/2 inch waist

(could let out a few center back pleats and increase the waist size with new waistband)

40 inch length and front 55 inch length and back

198 inch hem / sweep
