Here is my Uncles Beautiful Vintage Brass Etched Enamelled Decorative Plate with Enamelled Floral Design.
It has a diameter of 12" (305mm) approx and is unmarked so condition is excellent.
Can be used as a decorative wall hanging, a plate for Potpourri, decorative cake display / server, plant pot stand or whatever you wish.
