Cover pages are clean & bright with tight, clean staples.

There is a minor stress line neat the top staple & a more moderate ones bit further down the front cover. There's also a small tear near the top right of the fromt cover.

The rear cover also has some tanning around the edges.

However, all the interior pages are present & in excellent condition.
