Is something wrong with my guitar? Because sometimes I got some buzzing noise.
It's normal that an instant buzzing sound may occur when you plug in, pull out the headphone or swirl the jack around. Also when running low on battery or using a rechargeable battery, there might occur background noise or a slight current sound.
What are HUSH-I guitar strings made of?
Donner HUSH-I guitar uses steel strings with featherweight coatings. Note that it‘s normal for the coating to gradually break down after playing for a period of time, causing the coating to peel off.
Having used for a while, I can't hear sound thru the earphones, despite the speaker connection being fine. How to fix?
This situation is likely due to low battery power. To resolve this issue, we recommend replacing the battery.
