ROYAL DOULTON “MR BUMBLE” TINY TOBY JUG - D6686 - CHARLES DICKENS COMMEMORATIVE SET.

 

Offered for sale is this charming Royal Doulton “Mr Bumble” tiny Toby jug from The Charles Dickens Commemorative Set, issued to commemorate the 170^th anniversary of the birth of Charles Dickens.

 

It is approx. 1.25 inches tall with a plain handle. Now for the bad news, there is a chip on the back of the jug (see photos). Despite this he displays well.

 

The jug is fully marked on the base with the Royal Doulton stamp and reference number D6686.
