Used JLCooper MCS-3800 with RS-232 Card and compatible YU1204 (12-A, 4-V) power supply.

I bought this off an eBay seller in California in 2013. I didn't get around to buying a power supply for over a year. When I finally did, I found that the unit was not fully functional.

The unit powers on but the faders don't seem to be working properly. Some of them move to a certain level while others (2-4) don't and seem to be stuck in one position. I don't have enough experience with the unit to know how they should be behave when the bank is changed, etc. So take it that all of them might not be working. I have not connected it to a DAW or video editor to test it either.

As well as that, the display shows some garbled text on some screens (please see photo of showing 'BALK #2' instead of 'BANK #2', for example).

There is a key missing from the keypad (see photo). The lights for the shuttle function don't seem to behave properly.

The light for the M1 button doesn't turn on.

There may also be other functions that may not be working but which I have not tested.

The rotation of the jog wheel is still silky smooth.

And there is a dent in the top panel on the top edge (see last photo).

So selling as not working, for parts.

Sorry about the cost of shipping to the UK! It's the best I could find.
