Condition is "Pre-owned". The item is visibly faded with light wear & spots throughout, The legs zip & snap up to the waist. The bottoms are slightly worn as well. the left arm shows some dark spots but marks can be seen throughout from use. No major damage & the inside is clean. The collar has snaps to possibly attach something but I'm not certain to what its function is.
