We connected the power cord for a separate device to all eighteen C13 ports on each PDU, and the device powered on every time. These PDUs belonged to a client of ours. We were unable to test every single function due to lack of technical expertise. For this reason, we're selling it in ebay's "For Parts or Not Working" Category,
