Heartbeat City offers free shipping on all eBay orders to the Continental United States. We do not sell internationally on eBay. This is due to complaints out of our control with the postal service, therefore, no more international shipping thru our eBay store. We apologize and we are sorry for any inconvenience. We strive to ship items in a timely matter, DO NOT message constantly about the time it takes for the US Mail to deliver your small package when you received “Free Shipping”. We are not able to call the Postal Office and check on shipments. They do not answer the phone. You will receive a tracking number and you can track it on their site. This mainly applies to small items. FED EX items are always on time and rarely do we have any issues with them.

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii thru eBay at this time. If you absolutely need an item that we offer shipped to you in these states, please contact customer service and we will try to accommodate you. |
| Returns |
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping on any and all returns. Heartbeat City accepts returns on all items sold in our eBay store, EXCEPT: Stencil kits, Decals, Paints and Electrical parts. You must submit a request for return. We do not initiate returns, you must put in for the return thru eBay. |
| Sales or Discounts |
Heartbeat City Camaro does not offer or match prices for items offered on our main venue compared to our eBay store. eBay is eBay and is not to be confused with our brick & mortar store or other company website venues. We cannot refund or cancel sales for this reason. Thank you for your understanding. |

Heartbeat City Camaro has been careful to only list items we are confident are in stock and available to ship, in the rare event we do not have an item available, we will cancel the sale and refund your money at once. If you leave a negative or neutral feedback for this or anything else, we will be forced to deny you from purchasing from Heartbeat City Camaro in the future. |
