Shipping - I ship via USPS with tracking. Labels are purchased through eBay and can only be shipped to the address confirmed during checkout. I typically ship within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.
Returns - Item must be in the same condition it was sent to you in. I cannot accept returns on used cosmetics - please be sure of what you are purchasing, including the shade.
