It might be fully functional and usable, but I'm listing this as parts or repair because I'm not able to fully test it. I plugged it, the LED indicator light came on, and I was able to do a reset by holding down the side button for 15 seconds. That's as much as I know about it. I found it with a box of free stuff that was put out on a sidewalk in my neighborhood.
