Emerson

1963

Stereo Hi-Fi

Model P1905

Hi, Jimmy O here...

I just finished this incredible Emerson high fidelity record player...

This beauty was made in 1963, is full tube powered,

and sounds just as good as it looks!

(I recently sold this same model unit ,

and my customer was thrilled with it; see my feedback for details...)

Here's a small sample

of what this Wonderful Emerson sounds like!

You can fit this cute Hi-Fi in practically any room of your house;
Measures 33 inches long,
by 16" deep and stands 27" tall.

The original Walnut cabinet is in great condition for 60+ years,
showing only some very light marks here and there...
The very top was refinished and looks new
besides just a little wear to the front left corner... see pics.

The gold control plate inside is in beautiful condition,
as are the awesome space age designed knobs!
What a great design from back in the day when every detail mattered...
form as well as function!

The sharp looking Emerson 4 speed record changer
operates super smooth, was completely taken down,
cleaned and re-lubed in order to operate as it should.

Has a new stereo cartridge and stylus installed,
so you can play both Mono or Stereo records on this.
There is also a neat little Mono/Stereo switch you can select on the record changer itself... see photo!

You can stack records, and each will drop in turn, and play through.

There's also a fun 45 adapter,
which allows you to stack 45 records,
and they will all play automatically!

When not in use, the automatic adapter sits conveniently inside it's brass holder,
located to the left of the changer.

The main control panel allows you to adjust:
Volume, Bass, Treble and Balance

This also has a very unique Neon pilot light that let's you know the unit is "ON"
and shines through a small hole in the front EMERSON logo.

The tube amplifier has all new capacitors and resistors...
All Emerson brand tubes tested super strong
and give the amplifier that fabulous warm, full tube punch!

Dual Alnico speakers
provide the full sound you would expect from a vintage player.
What more can I say?
Emerson made some fun units back in the day
that look beautiful and sound fantastic,
and this one is no exception!

When this fun console is set up in your home,
you'll be simply thrilled listening to your records,
the way records were meant to be listened to!!

Remember;

 Wherever you look...

there's Emerson!
