Avengers Annual #1, published by Marvel Comics in 1967.  Written by Roy Thomas and illustrated by Don Heck. The cover art, by legendary artists John Buscema and John Romita Sr., is eye-catching.  Comic is in low-grade condition, but still intact and very collectible.
