Very scarce, early speedometer accessory made by Westchester Appliance Company, acquired from a local estate. I have no cable to test it, but drive spins freely, and trip numbers turns with side knob. Housing, face ring, and bracket are brass. Measures 3 3/4"  diameter on face ring. Speedometer will packaged with extra material and double boxed to insure safe delivery. Speedometer is being sold as is, as found, as pictured, untested for functioning.
