I've absolutely no doubt in the authenticity of this piece,  I've researched this topic for weeks now and the stamped letters are identical to those of other authenticated pieces.  The fact that this coin is dated 1969 adds to its rarity in a big way as this is the year famous for being when the new faction of the Irish Republican Army formed,  The Provisional IRA,  known locally as The Provies or The Provos.
