Antique Geometry Set

A very good example of a 19th Century Victorian technical drawing set contained within its original fitted rosewood box. The box is superb quality with a brass inlaid escutcheon and a fitted velvet lined interior. Sadly the key is long gone.

The box has two layers and the top tray contains 6 individual steel and brass instruments and accessories fitted inside the case. The top layer lifts out and revels more storage bellow.

The box is in excellent condition, there is some light surface corrosion to some of the instruments, this is an easy clean but we prefer to sell as it is.

The box is marked W. Williamson 29 May 1876.

This may be the famous architects but I have no provenance to be assured.
