This is a doll head from Mattel Sample of major collector.  She is pretty, was told she is a Superstar Barbie, but her face needs some fixing up, slight dirt, looks like someone did a patch up  job on her eye makeup and took off some painted-on lashes.  Her hair is a beautiful light/white blonde.  The back of her head has been sliced from neck to top,  it is not a hack job.  There must have been a reason.  She has a more contemporary face.
