I have never in all my years as a dealer have seen a box like this. It is sized to hold cards and I believe the background of the top is indeed a card with a raised silk cornucopia with paper cuts of delicate leaves and flowers with glass bead embellishments. Cut paper stems and natural fibers put the fine and wispy leaves and flowers together in a 3D effect. Measures 4-1/2” x 5-1/4” x 2” deep.

Has chipped paint off the sides showing either paper mache or paper covered wood. It is heavy like wood. It’s very unusual.
