Bersaglieri 3rd Rgt is the most decorated Armed Forces Unit in Italy, founded in 1861. It took part in the First World War and was used in the infantry divisions, distinguishing itself in 1915 on the Col di Lana, on the Carso, in Vermegliano and Monte Sei Busi: in 1916 in Selz, Monte Sief, on the Piccolo Colbricon.
