used and totally original. Original gray-green paint, front frieze all original from the period. The headpiece has some 
marks and small dents but is basically healthy and robust. The Bersaglieri 3rd Rgt is the most decorated Armed Forces 
Unit in Italy, founded in 1861. It took part in the First World War and was used in the infantry divisions, distinguishing 
itself in 1915 on the Col di Lana, on the Carso, in Vermegliano and Monte Sei Busi: in 1916 in Selz, Monte Sief, on the 
Piccolo Colbricon. Val Cismon Jamiano at q. 144 in the months of August and September. 1917 sees the regiment still 
engaged in the Karst at Flondar, I Hermada, Monfenera, Piave, Zenson and Ponte Pinzano. During 1918 he was 
employed in Costalunga, Piave, Vittorio Veneto, Serravalle, Passo di Fadalto, and Pieve di Cadore because he was part
of the VII Bersaglieri Brigade together with the 2nd Regiment from 29 August to 4 November.
