Remove: Look for a helper or a prop to help you hold the rear hatch to avoid injury. Remove screws and brackets from the using a 10 mm socket. Use 12mm wrench to remove ball stud from the rear hatch lid, carefully remove from the car don't scratch the car!
Install: Install washers and ball stud assembly on the rear hatch, tighten with 12mm wrench and do not over tighten! Install the black bracket onto fenders with the screws supplied and a 10 mm socket. Simply push the gas shock end onto the ball portion of the bracket. Another strut does the same thing.
