Payment:

Payment is expected within 4 days.  If payment is not received within 4 days, we will open an "unpaid item case" against the buyer.  If you want more time for payment, kindly contact us to let us know.

Shipping:

All items will be shipped within one business day.  Most shoes ship to the authenticator via FedEx.  Shoes under $75 ship via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 3 days if going to an address within the USA.

Returns:

To return the item, open a return through eBay & follow the instructions they provide.

Bidding:

When you make or accept a bid on an item, you are obligated to pay that price for it.  The time to negotiate a price is BEFORE you accept an offer.  We will not negotiate a new price after a buyer has accepted an offer.

Pictures:

We take at least 10 pictures of every pair of shoes.  More if there are any defects we are trying to highlight.  Please look at ALL the pictures & read the description BEFORE you bid on a pair of shoes.  The pics of the production tag & close ups of the defects are usually toward the end of the row.  It is best to look at the pics on a computer screen (not a tiny little phone screen) so you can better see any flaws.

Old Shoes:

We consider shoes manufactured more than 8 years ago as old.  We take a picture of the production tag which has a range of dates. (usually 2 to 3 months apart) that show when the shoes were made.  If the shoes were made more than 8 years ago, we cannot be held responsible for any defects in workmanship that may occur.  If the shoes fall apart on your feet, it is not our fault.  They are old & no-one has any idea how well they will wear.  We are reasonable & will work out some sort of compensation but, don't expect a full refund.  It's the chance you take when purchasing old shoes.

We do not do trades.
