These beautiful glass bottles had been left in a room for decades, the room contained many Victorian and Edwardian artefacts that seemed to be preserved under many years of dust and cobwebs.

I have not attempted to clean or polish the silver as I didn’t want to damage them. They may need a professional clean.

A couple of lids have cracks in them and some of the silver hallmarks have worn slightly. The silver hallmarks are:-

“L A L”

and a lion, a “t” and a shield?

Each hammered lid has an anchor with what looks like a wavy sea underneath.

The set includes:-

2 x rectangular perfume bottles with threaded glass to accommodate lid

( 12 x 5.5 x 4 cm )

1 x small round jar with silver threaded ring where lid screws on to ( 5 x 7 cm)

1 x taller jar. Silver lid pulls off, no thread ( 9 x 4.4 cm)
