Vintage Porthole - Nautical Marine Ship Boat Window Possibly Aluminum
Approximately 23.5" Inches. (Maybe 24).
I think the Frame is made of Aluminum.
Could be refurbished for use, but has rust and wear.
The window is cloudy, but you could probably clean it somehow (maybe buffing/polishing it would work).
Has been outside in the weather for a long time.
Would look cool in a Nautical Setting!
Has rust and wear from age and use.

With proper care and skill it could possibly be restored for practical use.
We have 5 of these, I think.
I think 2 of the 5 have hinges.
All are in similar condition.
