Replaces 6116, 2016, 4016, 9128 or compatible 24 pin DIP  2K x 8 (16K) RAM's found in:

Bally 6803 - IC position: U4

Williams System 9 - IC position: U18

Williams System 11 - IC position: U25 (a few use type 6264 which are also available)

Data East Version 1 - IC position: 5D (for Laser War only, others use type 6264) 

Some boards may not have a RAM socket installed and will require this for installation.
