According to current Canada Post guidelines sport cards DO NOT qualify anymore to be sent as Letter Mail to USA/INTERNATIONAL. Now has to be sent as Small Packet but cost is 4x regular mail thus i now started using an other provider with similar costs and has tracking. Please note that to accommodate new shipping options i have to put 5 days handling in listing but  i will ship as stated above in S/H section and will be shipping 2 times a week to USA Mondays and Thursdays unless a holiday.

I now have to comply with these enforced rules other wise any package to be tried and send as letter mail to USA/OVERSEAS will be returned back by Canada Post to the sender.
