I have played this record and in my opinion it is in:

VERY GOOD CONDITION: Sleeve has some normal wear and a tear on the rear and vinyl has noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Record has been looked after but has been played a fair bit and there is some audible surface noise in quieter moments. Despite this it plays extremely well.
