ITEM CONDITION - Cover is bright, a spot of surface wear lower rt corner, no postal label .... spine is tight and readable .... back cover is good, a Chivas Regal ad, minor wear.  Interior numbers 176 pgs - last 15 or so pgs have a fairly subtle to lower corner (from moisture exposure) - balance of pgs in quite good condition - no markings, tears, cutouts, odors.   OVERALL - EXTERIOR IS GOOD .... INTERIOR IS GOOD!
