Matching pair of black silhouette scenes of children reverse enamel painted on glass from old original hand cuttings by Reliance of Chicago & New York:  girl in a garden watering daises and foxglove with butterflies flying above; and a boy playing with a dog near a birdhouse.  Each measures 5.75" tall x 6.75" wide in a 1/2" deep vintage gold and black frame.  There is light gold paint loss on the corners of the frames (see photos) and there are a few spots on each image in the black painted border where there are specks of paint loss (see photos).  Otherwise in very good condition for going on 100 years old.  Sweet Americana pieces.  Both have NRA CODE stamps (National Recovery Association - Depression era government relief program).
