The spoon is marked sterling patent, measures approximately 4 inches long, & weighs .315 ozt.  The spoon is in very good antique estate condition as follows; NO DENTS OR REPAIRS. THERE IS SOME LIGHT SCRATCHING, WORN WASH & WEAR CONSISTENT WITH THE AGE OF THE PIECE & NORMAL USAGE.
