The bead is old stock and the gold tone necklace is preowned vintage link chain.   It seems like I can find better quality vintage chains than you can buy new today.   The chain was purchased second hand, the glass heart bead is vintage new old stock. This chain is marked Avon, so it's a durable nice chain.
