Most of our inventory comes from larger combo tool kits, meticulously separated, and repackaged for shipping at our facility.
Used, Store Display, and For Parts - Not Working Items:
From time to time, we offer used, store display, or “for parts - not working” items. Please note that in most instances, these items are sold "As Is," and unfortunately, we do not accept returns for them. These item listings will be identified as: Used or For Parts - Not Working listings.
Refurbished/Reconditioned Items:
We do not sell refurbished/reconditioned Items.
Payment Information:
For both your protection and ours, we exclusively process all transactions through the Ebay payment system. This protects both parties. Kindly ensure payment is received within 24 hours of purchase, as transactions not completed within this timeframe may be canceled.
Sales tax, if applicable, will be applied by eBay for your respective location.
Shipping Information:
All orders ship within the next business day of order placement, Monday through Friday, except for on national holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend are typically shipped the following Monday.
All shipments are processed and fulfilled from our facility or satellite facility in California.
We offer “Free Shipping” on most items, unless otherwise noted, using our primary shipping carriers FedEx or USPS. We reserve the right to ship utilizing either of these carrier services for your order even if the listing specifies otherwise. In order for us to continue to offer “Free Shipping” we need to ship our items in the most economical way to your location.

· We ship via USPS (USPS Expedited Shipping, Priority Shipping or USPS Ground Advantage shipping)
Domestic and US Territory Shipping:
Our shipping services are limited to the Continental United States (48 States). Exceptions can be made for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam if the item fits into a USPS Flat Rate box or envelope.
Domestic P.O. Box Shipping:
We offer shipping to P.O. Box addresses only if USPS shipping is available to that location.
Domestic Tracking and Communication:
EBay provides tracking information for your domestic shipment once the shipping label is created.
Domestic Remote Area Shipment Restrictions for items too large to ship USPS Flat Rate: Shipments to very remote or rural areas can sometimes be very costly due to limited transportation options. We reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders due to high shipping costs.
International Shipping:
When you purchase your item, we ship it to an eBay central shipping facility located in the United States. Once received the central shipping facility is responsible for handling the international shipping process for your item. From that location eBay partners with third-party shippers to provide service for the international leg of your shipment.
International Tracking and Communication:
EBay provides tracking information for both the domestic and international legs of your international shipment.
International Customs and Import Charges:
You may be responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes, and these charges are usually calculated and collected at the time of purchase.
Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days from your order date*. No exceptions after 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. Photo evidence of damages may be required. If the return arrives to our facility with significant wear and signs of use, a Restocking Fee may apply.
