Arab Rice Nasi Arab Paste

Ingredients:
Palm oil, onion, shallot, garlic, ginger, mint leaves, ghee, coriander, fennel seed, cumin seed, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise, clove, cardamom, raisins, salt and MSG.
Instructions:
Boil 1kg rinsed basmati rice with 1.5 liter of water and one packet of nasi Arab paste. Raisins and roasted cashew nuts optional. Serve rice with kuzi, biryani, kormak (korma) and dhal meat.
Side salad:
Cube tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Chop mint leaves and coriander leaves. Mix in a large bowl with salt, sugar and lemon juice.
