This adorable copper wall light lantern is beautifully designed and wonderfully French. It can be used indoors or outside and comes with its own charming sconce bracket which can be permanently mounted in your chosen location. It will look amazing on your porch or to light a cozy corner in your garden but could also provide a cosy atmosphere in a bedroom or bathroom.
It has red glass windows and a little hinged door to give access to the candle. The lantern itself is completely removable from the bracket and has a twisted copper ring on the top to carry it with. The bracket has hinges so can be pivoted after mounting and has 4 holes for screws to mount it, you will need to find your own screws.
A wonderful gift for anyone with a love of French vintage style and a fantastic decorators piece. Ideal for any home and it could be the perfect prop for a TV, film or theatrical production.
In EXCELLENT vintage condition: It was absolutely filthy when I got it, kept in a barn for decades, I wasn't even 100% sure it was copper. I have given it the clean of its life and a light wax coating afterwards. there are no scuffs or scratches resulting from this but it is very old so there may still be indications of its age. Please see ALL photos and remember it is over 50 years old and pre-owned and pre-loved.
