DISPATCH DETAILS
Once we have received cleared funds your item will be dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail 48 which can take 3-5 working days in the UK and 14-21 working days overseas. First Class and Special Delivery can be selected at checkout for a small additional charge.
RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after the item is received provided they are in a resalable condition (sealed and unused). The postage costs will be down to the Buyer unless we have made an error with your order, then we will provide the returns label.
For personalised items returns will not be accepted unless we have made an error with your order. This is due to the fact that they are made to your specifics and cannot be re sold. If you have any problems with your order please contact us first so we can try our best to resolve any problems.
