Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. We offer an extensive return and warranty guarantee on all* products we sell. This is because we only sell products we have faith in and would be happy to use ourselves. Tech can be tricky and we understand that things don't always go to plan. Therefore, we offer a six-month independent warranty guarantee where we will replace, repair or refund the item in question at no extra cost to you should there be a manufacturing technical or physical defect with the product. This policy does not include consumer misuse or accidental damage (including but not limited to physical drops, unauthorised software tampering and/or modifications. The manufacturer may offer further guarantees over a longer period of time. We therefore encourage the customer to check with the product manufacturer to find out.
Warranty begins from the day the item is delivered. Devices will need to be returned at the customers earliest convenience within this period. Device serial numbers are retained for reference throughout the warranty period. Information on the method of compensation (replace, repair or refund) will be communicated with the purchaser following inspection from pemlosa. Return postage will only be refunded if a fault is found with the item. Please retain postage receipts and proof of postage.
