Appearance is beautiful.
This is the Rollei 35 Platinum, produced by Rollei Germany between September 1986 and April 1987. Actually, this is the first Rollei 35 made in Germany after the closure of the Singapore factory.
This special edition marks the 20th birthday of the Rollei 35 in 1986.
A total of only 444 cameras was made and exclusively sold through Foto Hansa stores in Germany (at the time, Hansa was the owner of Rollei).
All parts of this camera are platinum plated with the exception of the lens barrel, and some 18K gold plated parts. The camera is covered with African Lizard skin.
It shows minimal signs of use.
