Guitarist Steve Vai has reached the pinnacle of guitar playing.

Steve Vai Signature Model

A signature model that Steve himself has positioned as an evolution of JEM and named it PIA: Paradise in Art. The body uses alder wood like JEM. The body design incorporates new attention to detail, including the body edges, contours, and horn section, and features the iconic petal grip, which is designed to resemble flower petals.

Like the JEM, the PIA neck is made of 5-piece maple/walnut that is shaped to fit Steve's preferred grip, and features the PIA Blossom inlay, a symbol of Steve Vai models, along with the grip. I am. The fingerboard is made of rosewood with a scalloped finish (21 to 24 frets). Luminlay, which has luminous properties, is used for the side position mark. Adopts jumbo size stainless steel frets (with prestige fret edge treatment).

The pickup is equipped with a USA-made DiMarzio UtoPIA pickup designed for PIA. This is a special pickup created based on Steve's recent sound preferences, seeking smoother highs, scooped mids, and clear bass. All pickup covers have beautiful decorations that match the guitar's design concept. The control section is equipped with a high-pass filter. (Operation by pushing and pulling the volume knob)

The Edge is his original Ibanez tremolo that Steve has used for over 30 years. In addition to the good approach to the saddle position adjustment bolt, the lion's claw cavity processing, which is a design feature, is also adopted like JEM.

Magnetic Tremolo Cavity Plate Modeled after a petal design, the cavity plate on the back of the tremolo is screwless. Easy to install and remove, no need to lose mounting screws. Makes tremolo adjustment easier. *The magnetic tremolo cavity plate of this product is pre-applied with a white protective sticker to prevent scratches during transportation and display.

The grip of the ultra-light tremolo arm uses lightweight and durable carbon graphite, and the lightweight and easy-to-grip thick grip allows delicate arm operation.

We will ship by FedEx from Japan within 10 business days of receiving payment. For packing, we only use commercially available protective packaging specific to the transportation of guitars to avoid damage during transportation. Note; all import duties and taxes to be met by the buyer.
