Solution to the DOA problem

When the scooter is not powered on for ten consecutive days and its battery level is under 20%, the battery will enter into sleep mode. If this happen, your scooter cannot be powered on. Please charge it to activate the battery promptly.

*Do not connect the charger if the charge port cable is wet. The battery pack is only to be charged by adults.

Assembly Instruction of Gokart kit with Ninebot S

Please kindly note:
- The Gokart is assembled by attaching the Gokart kit to a Ninebot S/S-PRO. Before assembly of the Gokart, please review the Ninebot S/S-PRO User Manual and follow all instructions contained in it. Once Ninebot S/S-PRO has been properly activated and charged you can begin assembly of the gokart.
- Before assembly, update the app's firmware and turn on Gokart mode.
- This assembly isfor adults only. Do not power on the Ninebot S/S-PRO during assembly or disassembly.
