In our research for this beauty we have concluded that it was originally meant to house either cigarettes or matches and sit next to a matching ashtray.

Please look carefully at our pictures. The bottom of the lid has a chip at a corner. It is does not detract from the beauty of this piece. The outside/most visible are clean and nice.

We are saying it has an imperfection.
