RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a thirty-day policy. 

In initiating a refund, you acknowledge the item/s in question must first be returned to us at your own cost. We will not negotiate partial refunds on unreturned items. Should we determine we were at fault for any reason, this amount will be refunded to you along with your initial purchase and postage costs.  

Returned items must reach us in the exact same condition in which they were sent. Unless we determine we were at fault, any visible wear, rips/tears, seam stress, deodorant/perfume/bodily smells, makeup/fake tan or other marks, or any other damage including during transit if repackaged poorly, will result in a deduction of up to 50% of your refund, no exceptions.
