The Archies, a fictional band from the 1960s–1970s, distributed some of their music by embossing cardboard records directly onto the back of cereal boxes. These cardboard records were then cut out and played on a turntable. Imagine the excitement of kids opening their cereal boxes to find music by The Archies!   These cardboard records were made of thin, warpy material and had predictably awful audio quality. But for many kids, The Archies became their very first records in their music collection.  It’s a fun and nostalgic piece of music history!

The record is not dated - highly likely from 1969.  The song title was not printed on the label.  Very colorful and collectible.
