It measures 10 1/2" x 7 3/4".
Also included is a CDV which my dad said came with this document, but the name on the back does not match any on the form. I wanted to keep them together and you can do some research to see if there's any connection. The CDV measures 4" x 2 1/2". The name on the back looks like "Jay M Kilmer".
This item is from my dad's collection and I try to make
sure all details are included, though I'm not very knowledgeable on all
