1. As this sale is for a software license no returns are accepted once the license number has been sent to you unless there is a problem with the license. No returns for incompatibility so check first and see if there is a demo version.
2. No physical shipment will occur as the sale is for the provision of a license/serial number which will be handled via eBay messaging.

Condition: 
All items are sold as being in full working order to the best of my knowledge unless otherwise stated above in the listing details.

Warranty:
Items that are still under the manufacturer’s warranty will have this stated in the main listing details above.
All other items not under a manufacturer’s warranty will come with a 30 day warranty directly with myself. This starts on the day the item is delivered and this 30 day period includes weekends, bank holidays etc.
Any problems, let me know; I don’t have 100% feedback with glowing testimonials for no reason.

Postage and Insurance
Postage charges are usually at cost price. If you are buying multiple items there may be a postage saving; please enquire.

Dispatch Time
I will send confirmation of dispatch via an eBay message on the day of dispatch.
Items are dispatched within 1 to 3 Business days which does not include Saturdays or Public Holidays.

Insurance
All items offer automatic insurance cover which will vary on the postal method selected. If you choose a delivery method that is not fully insured for a particular item’s value you will not be covered for the full amount and you will be liable for any partial losses incurred. Choose a different service if you want full insurance cover.

Royal Mail 2nd or 1st class mail or Parcels: up to £20.
Royal Mail Signed For services: Parcels or 1st or 2nd class mail: up to £50.
ParcelForce 48: up to £50 unless otherwise stated in the listing.
ParcelForce 24: up to £100 unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Royal Mail Special Delivery are fully insured unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Delivery Time: 
Varies depending on the service selected. Only Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcel Force offer guaranteed delivery. Saturday delivery surcharge applies for these guaranteed services.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Surcharge: 
For items dispatched on a Friday to guarantee Saturday delivery the couriers make a surcharge. If you require this service please request an updated invoice and I’ll check the current cost.

Payment:
All payments must be in Pounds Sterling.
Paypal: I accept Paypal with all sales with the provision that your payment must be covered by Paypal’s Seller Protection programme. I’ve yet to receive a payment that is not covered but I will have to refund your payment if it isn’t.
Bank Transfer: A Direct Bank Transfer is usually an available option but check first before buying.
Cash on Collection: For items that are collected in person I only accept cash as Paypal doesn’t cover sellers in these circumstances.
Postal Orders: Usually acceptable but check first before buying.
Payment Timeframe: Payment is due within 3 days of the item being purchased. If payment is not received within 3 days I open a non payment claim with eBay so that I can reclaim the eBay fees. After a further x days I will cancel the auction. If you are unable to pay within this timeframe please contact me prior to purchasing.
