Parts may fit various vehicles types, models & makes, all parts are allocated to the most sold vehicle, just because it says it is for a different vehicle on the invoice does not mean it is not correct for your vehicle, this is why we ask for registration to be sent prior to checkout so we can verify that the part will fit your vehicle. 

Delivery Information: 

Please note, delivery times will vary, ordered processed, estimated delivery times 

Orders placed before 1:30pm  shipped out same day for delivery within 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 

Any orders placed at the weekend will be sent out the following Monday 

We cannot guarantee orders placed after 1:30 will be shipped out same day but will try our best 

Below are the estimate delivery times given by Royal Mail from when order is placed: 

Monday - delivers Wednesday / Thursday 

Tuesday - delivers Thursday / Friday 

Wednesday - delivers Friday / Saturday 

Thursday - delivers Saturday / Monday 

Friday - delivers Monday / Wednesday 

Friday after 1:30pm, Saturday and Sunday - delivers Wednesday / Thursday 

Please note Royal Mail post officers will not always use the red card telling you where the item is or if they attempted delivery, always check the provided tracking number for the up-to-date status.

Returns Policy: 

GetCarParts offers a 30 day return policy on all listings however we often allow customers to return parts outside of this 30 day period. All parts returned must be in the same condition that they were received in. We do not accept returns of parts that have been fitted to a vehicle. We offer a standard 12 month warranty on all items unless the listing states otherwise. We do not accept returns on bulbs. We offer Free Shipping to mainland UK on all of our eBay listings. 

Any return that is opened from a buyer that has not messaged to see if the item is correct before ordering and lie by stating that the wrong part was sent or does not fit for you to get a pre-paid label will be reported and the label cost of £4.50 will be deducted from the refund. 

Any items returned that are incorrectly ordered or no longer required MUST be returned at the cost of the buyer and in the original packaging, undamaged and ready to sell again,  

if the packaging is found to be unfit for resale there will be no refund or subject to a repackaging charge, the item will be checked to make sure there are no signs of being fitted, you will be notified of this, as will eBay before with pictures showing proof of damage.
