Perfect for a unique gift or your own personal use. This old binder was recently found during an estate clean out, and it still appears to be in acceptable condition, in my opinion. However, it is vintage and does show some signs of heavy wear (Sold As Is) due to age and use over the years. For example, the edges are a bit worn out, as shown in the photos.
